Start your journey to a healthier, pain-free you.
If you've been told that leaking after childbirth is "normal," that your pelvic pain is something you just have to live with, or that your prolapse can only be addressed with surgery, you're not alone. Many people are first offered medications or surgery, and while these treatments can be effective in certain situations, there’s also a great non-invasive alternative: pelvic floor physiotherapy. Pelvic floor therapy offers an effective way to work towards relief, and the best part? You can do it all from the comfort of your own home!

Unlike other clinics where virtual therapy is an afterthought, it's all we do! This means we’ve created specialized resources and virtual assessment techniques that you won’t find at other clinics.
-
All of our appointments are done virtually, so you won’t need to worry about an internal exam. You’ll stay fully clothed throughout the session. Instead of a hands-on assessment, we’ll get a good understanding of your pelvic floor by talking through your symptoms, watching how you move, and seeing how your pelvic floor responds during certain activities. We use techniques like strength testing, core assessments, jumping or movement assessments, and much more — all done through simple virtual methods. Plus, we can even guide you through ways to check your pelvic floor yourself at home!
Your first session will be a one-hour virtual meeting where we’ll go over your concerns in detail. From there, we'll create a plan to help you move forward. You’ll likely leave with a few easy-to-follow strategies — like pelvic exercises, stretches, or bladder tracking — so you can start working on improving your symptoms right away.
-
Research shows that using telehealth for pelvic floor physical therapy works just as well as in-person visits, especially when it comes to meeting treatment goals and improving patients' symptoms.
-
Yes! If your private insurance covers physiotherapy, it will also cover your pelvic physio appointments since they are considered the same as regular physiotherapy.
-
No! You can self refer to pelvic floor physiotherapy. The only time you need a doctor referral is if your insurance requires it for coverage.
The Inspiration:
After years of providing in-person pelvic floor physiotherapy in her small town, Jen noticed that many clients were traveling hours to see her. She realized that many people across Ontario still lacked access to this essential care. Inspired by the challenges individuals face—whether it's a busy schedule, young children at home, or limited access to clinics—Jen decided to open a dedicated virtual practice. She is now committed to making pelvic health services more accessible to those who need it most, no matter where they are.
